Terms & Conditions
- All vehicles are offered on a first-come, first-serve basis. If multiple customers are interested in the same vehicle, the first customer to make payment will be the buyer.
- If a payment is received late and the vehicle has already been sold to another customer, a similar vehicle with the same specifications will be provided.
- Buyers must be 18 years or older to purchase a vehicle. Those under 18 can purchase a car through their parents.
- Most of the vehicles listed are used, so a certain tolerance on the general condition of the vehicle must be considered.
- Vehicles eligible for export from Japan are required to undergo a Registration Cancellation Process. Afterward, they may appear to be used vehicles in documents, but they are still considered to be brand new.
- Vehicles sold under the term “USED AS IT IS WHERE IT IS BASIS” are intended to be sold in their current condition with no reconditioning included in the sales contract.
- If a vehicle’s option/accessory is not mentioned in the specification/extras on the website, Tag Corporations is not responsible for its functioning and/or condition.
- The Terms and Conditions of sales comply with Japanese laws and regulations pertaining to automobile export/trading.
- Any disputes between the buyer(s) and the Company should be resolved through dialogue. If a resolution cannot be reached, the Saitama District Court holds original and exclusive jurisdiction over the dispute.
- A percentage discount is offered on bulk purchases, with the % varying according to the number of units purchased.
- Tag Corporations is not responsible for any damage that occurs to the vehicle during or after it reaches the destination port.
- All payments should be made through Telegraphic Transfer to the Company’s Bank Account.
- No vehicle will be shipped until full payment is received and cleared. Note: Payments made by customers cannot be refunded based on complaints or requests. However, if a reasonable situation arises, Tag Corporations will deduct 20% of the FOB amount as service and bank charges.
- The necessary documentation to clear the vehicle at the destination port will be sent to the buyer after full payment has been received.

- Any user or visitor who inquires about a vehicle on the Company’s website, live chat support system, phone, third-party classified portals, or social media will be subscribed to the Company’s regular newsletter. Visitors can unsubscribe by clicking the unsubscribed button at the bottom of the newsletter.
- Necessary payment for shipment must be completed within 7 days of vehicle purchase. If there are any delays, a penalty will be imposed based on the Company’s detailed penalty policy.
- If payment is made in any currency other than US Dollars, the customer must bear any exchange rate difference.
- The consignee must bear all bank charges and expenses. USD 25 must be deposited on top of the invoice amount for bank service charges in Japan.
- If vehicles are purchased through Paypal, the customer must cover the transfer charges.
- The Company reserves the right to update the Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
